Very neat "cold sales" face to face (suddenly, yeah) but definitely not client oriented. Just got out of that branch - wanted to pay a state tax. Cashier told they do NOT (underlined) accept any payments from non customers and suggested a debit card and a client bank. She was absolutely sure I want to pay some service payment for myself, without even asking me. Very proud of herself selling a bank product. Very. But I wanted to pay a tax for my relative, who is a private entrepreneur. Which supposed I cannot pay from my client bank, from my account. Also, client bank for private persons does not suggest to enter a private entrepreneur vat code, which makes the total affair of paying with a client bank absolutely useless even if I paid for myself. Now guys trying to cheat a customer is a bad thing. I will never get back to you under any circumstances. Good job.

Queues, slow service. Only one checkout works.

The problem of not only this, but most of our banks in queues, which are sometimes created from scratch. In terms of interior and exterior, nothing special. As for the service, I would like a more decent service, especially since the bank is not in the busiest place.

When exchanging currency, they ask for a passport on the pretext of checking if I should not bank, but they write off the data from two pages. This is a violation of the laws on the protection of personal data.
