The queue stood up for half an hour, they said that they definitely needed a passport and did not give out money (apparently it was impossible to say in advance, it’s so obvious that in the 21st century, the bank cards and applications in the phone are not enough to withdraw their money from the card). The next day he called the number that was given to order, no one answered at all. Huge queues, one cash desk works.

The employee of department was rude. Nothing significant for our country, but not pleasant. I go to the office later, I ask to talk to the head. They asked the reason, I say - the rudeness of employees. The workers are in shock. "What? When? How." I say that I will tell only to the head. While I was waiting, another employee, Olga, began to teach me what I should talk about here and with everyone. The head of the department, Inna, listened with understanding, thanked for the response. As a result, a company with modern views and direction. It is good if the management of all branches is like Inna. And employees have room to grow, and as a result, there is hope that this will happen.

Awfully long. Maybe the bank itself is good and reliable, but I strongly do not recommend opening a card account or a credit card. From 09.00 am to 2.00 am I made out a card (I waited 2 hours for technical problems) and after that I still have to wait half an hour for activation. Well, in short, the space for how long. But, the bank branch itself is very clean and pleasant. Very lucky with the employee - a very polite, nice and nice girl. Only she made me still take this card, or it was uncomfortable to waste her time. In general, I do not recommend in terms of time savings. Much faster in any other bank, this is a fact.
