I made payments through the cashier, I was asked to wear a mask higher up to my eyes, my glasses were fogged up .. it was very uncomfortable ... at the cash desk they said they would not serve if I did not pull the mask over my eyes. I pulled ... two guards (see their cameras) stood at the entrance with their noses hanging over their masks .... why is that? I asked them, what about the last rules? They giggled, thanked for visiting the bank. We are consumers of your services powerless, your guards are aces of order, for them there are rules? Double standards, by the way, they do not speak Ukrainian language. The same rules for us, but not for bank employees. I have no complaints about the box office.

Private bank branch. I urgently needed cash and did not have my card with me. I took cash from an ATM without a card. There is no such function in the new ATMs of Privatbank. And on Uspenskaya you can shoot without a card. The service costs 5 hryvnia.

Super mega huge bank branch, new. A lot of racks with managers, no crush

The department manager did not ensure the availability of managerial staff, a 70+ security guard cannot regulate the flow of customers, only the coffee is delicious.
