It's just awful!!! If you want to spoil your mood for you to the manager Olga Zhnovskaya- Odessa Regional Branch !!! Boorish, incompetent. All that they could and did quickly was that they took the order and took the prepayment ... EVERYTHING! Then it began ... the order is not small (mattresses, mattress cover, bed, dresser ..) first mattresses were brought at 23.30 !!! but they should have been until 19.00, okay, then it turned out that the drivers had an invoice for payment, but we already paid for it, it was good that the check was made, they started to find out, they got it wrong there !!! Then the bed is ready. And since this is a weekend you need to wait until Monday! And also be ready that Olga can insult and bewilder you by phone !!! I hope the guide reads this and Olya will find a friend a job, otherwise this one is obviously not suitable for her (well, she cannot calm down an upset client, but just call her) !!!! Terribly outraged and intends to seriously!
