Constantly was a client of this club. Lamps in all tanning beds are really good. Since I value my time, the main plus for me was that there was no need to register in advance. But a situation has recently occurred which forced me to move to another tanning studio. On one wonderful Saturday day, I had half an hour before training, which I decided to usefully. Arriving at the club, I counted on the usual fast and high-quality service, but alas. Instead of the administrator sat a beautician. I met warmly, but at my request to turn on the 1st tanning bed for 9 minutes, she replied that she did not know how to use it and began to call a hairdresser, who in turn rudely replied that she was busy now and needed to wait 5 minutes. Well, for 5 minutes they don’t play a global role, so I noticed the time and sat down on the sofa. No tea or coffee was offered. After 10 minutes no one approached me, as well as after 15. I was tired of it. I went to the beautician, acting administrator and asked for a complaint book. Then the hairdresser finally freed herself. The search for the plaintive book ended in failure. I quote the literal answer "Where only the administrator knows the complaint book, and she now has personal files. When she returns, we do not know, but you can wait." Considering the fact that my free half an hour was spent on useless sitting on the couch and my mood was hopelessly spoiled, naturally I did not have to wait. Therefore, I am writing here. I hope my review will be useful.

The administrator, a friendly girl, very politely explained that they have such a system: "when your time is running out, the fan turns on and the number 3 appears." They said that if I insist, they can return the money. It was very unpleasant for me that the administration, understanding the problems of the salon, was trying to make a fool of me. About "customer care" in this place probably have not heard.
