We went to Vivamed from Kiev to get the yellow fever vaccine. The clinic was very helpful - in Kiev all the vaccines ran out, and in Odessa there are sailors, because the vaccine stocks are larger. We found queues of sailors, everyone comes for medical examinations. But we were served very quickly. At 09.00 we make an appointment at the reception and donate blood for a general analysis. After 14.00 we arrive for the vaccination. Before that, we were warned by telephone that for the vaccination, you still need to provide a certificate from the therapist that you are healthy and you can inject the vaccine. The cost of the analysis is 130 UAH per person, vaccinations - 1000 UAH per person. The staff is not the most friendly - everyone is quite harsh in communication. The director of the center was rude to us in the corridor - we came at 14.00, as we were told, waited in the corridor until we were called. It turned out that the employees' meeting starts at 14.00, which lasted 45 minutes. At this time, my husband put his head on my shoulder from fatigue, but did not manage to take a nap - the director ran next to me, who began to be rude on the topic "What is a bedroom for you?" Her tone changed immediately after she learned that we are not sailors, but simply clients who have come for the vaccine and pay money for it. Therefore, I do not envy the sailors who are forced to go to the clinic. But the woman who made us out at the reception is very nice, she tells and explains everything. The doctor who gave the vaccine was less smiling, but also did everything according to the instructions, told all the rules of what to do after the injection and made sure that everything was fine. In general, I strongly recommend a clinic for tourists!

Today in Odessa in "Vivamed", Lermontovsky per. 9, upon my appeal to the head physician about the indecent behavior of the guard at the entrance (he did not let him into the medical facility, they were wearing masks and were registered for an appointment), he shouted at me (I am 62 years old, after a heart attack): “Get out! ... The guard spat seeds at me and scoffed, called me names. I waited for the police for 40 minutes. We didn’t wait and left. Where can you get a yellow fever vaccine in Odessa? Vaccination costs UAH 1,500. For that kind of money, you can be more polite. ...

Do not try to go there, this is just a stronghold of some Soviet - inadequate people The queue is just the fiercest and it is artificially created. A family of dentists and a cardiologist think and have created a reputation for this honey center
