When assessing damage, the amount for payments was 2 times higher than that declared by the company, they wrote a statement for recalculation, so far no movement. The call center stated that there was no movement in the case, in correspondence with the payment manager, he said that the case should be transferred to accounting. We are waiting for payments, the accident was still in the summer, on November 20 there are no payments !!! 6 months the car is broken !!!!! Disgusting !!
