I was dissatisfied with the service of the online store! I made an order for jewelry 4.08 - it was not available, and the girl wrote to me in a telegram and promised that the product would be made within 3-7 days, I made a note that I need to receive it before 13.08, which I was told: "of course, the deadline sending 11.08 ". On August 11, I wrote in telegrams to which I did not receive an answer for about 3-4 hours, I called back on the phone to which I was told that the delivery would be only tomorrow and they would try to send me the goods, which did not suit me, since it was announced by the deadline of 11.08, I promised that they would write in a telegram. After 5 hours have passed since the conversation, I typed them again ITSELF to which they answered me: "I could not tell you that we will send the goods on 11.08" - to which I replied that I have a correspondence confirming this fact, after these words it turned out that "of course we already ship the goods to you directly from the warehouse." I still achieved my goal and received the goods on 12.08, BUT, having made an order on the site, I indicated in the "comments on the order" - "please pack nicely - this is for a gift" I received a yellow bag with an NP in which there was a black cardboard box even without a bag - in a word, the packaging is super festive. Thanks.
