I run one of the most respected estate agencies in Bucharest (Whitemountain.ro) and have 20 years experience. In all that time, I have never met an agent who is even 50% as good as Lena. In any agency, you have good and not so good, even in my agency. But Lena not only works 6 or 7 days every week, until 9 or 10pm, but she knows the sale price of almost every new apartment construction in Odessa, which means 50+ construction sites.. She is patient, knowledgable and has endless energy. It would be impossible to find a better realtor/broker than Lena. Her colleagues, I cannot comment but they didn't impress me from a distance. But Lena is exceptional. Easily the best in the city.

I strongly do not recommend this branch of the agency "Premier", represented by the director Petr Petrovich Trandafilov and Elena Shevchenko. Complete incompetence at all stages of the transaction. The amount for the services was announced one, in fact, completely different. The documents for the apartment were not checked properly, resulting in a lot of problems after the purchase. They relieve themselves of any responsibility and behave in an extremely unprofessional manner. Avoid it if possible.

I dialed the number of the agency indicated in olx. No one answered, BUT after a couple of hours the telephone terror started, realtors from different departments of the Academy of Sciences called with stupid questions like: "did you call us?" "what object?" "oh, I don’t know for sure, but I can clarify" "can you read the announcement?" "yes, there is such an apartment, but I need an hour to get to the base")) "oh, you didn’t have time, bought this apartment five minutes ago, let’s offer you another one, even better" and so on and so forth. Real mess! Announcements - lures, and then brain removal!

Unfair agency with non-existent objects. Moreover, they use the base of already sold houses and do not want to remove the new owners upon application.
