Deceiving pictures. Misrepresentation. Cold plunge pool looked disgusting - there’s mold on walls. Got scammed here. Wouldn’t shower there if you paid me. Also didn’t even give us towels.... gave us table cloths..... bugs everywhere too. Stay away.

Very outdated photos. Sauna is oldish and far from stylish. Pool looks extremely dirty, even didn't try to swim, sauna have holes and sauna's door can not be fully closed... Very unclean, really not recommend. Awful, very far from pleasant, price tag is above average, even cockroaches are present, so far a worst sauna in Odessa. Definitely will take camera next time... Sorry no... I'll not visit this place one more time...

I was in this sauna for the first time and, frankly, I was surprised, everything is very cozy and good, we were initially looking for a bath with a jacuzzi, but everything was busy. The operator girl advised the Diamond sauna, the heated pool in it, of course, is impressive, the water +25 pleasantly pleases, the steam room is at a height, we were steaming from the heart! Great Carpathian herbal tea, thank you for your welcome! I liked everything, thank you !!!

Ruined our holiday !!! EVERYTHING was terrible! From the word EVERYTHING: hygiene, cold sauna, dirt, food in basins! No dishes. The attitude of the attendant who could not even deliver glasses. For 40 minutes they brought us sheets !!! But when the time came we were kicked out almost by a kick. This is the bottom and tin for the sauna. We will never come back!

We had a rest with the company and with children, the administrator did not like it, he was frostbitten that you don’t ask him to stick it into the phone. The pool was cold, VERY slippery tiles, we looked at the photos on the site there were two pools, there was only one small one in use, there are no fresh photos on the site.
