Today I took the order of dermatological cosmetics. I did the order again, because I could not pick up the original on time. I heard from the pharmacist that “I order 100 times !!! What can’t you pick up right away ?? !!!, etc., etc. I haven’t seen such a boorish attitude for a long time. We strongly recommend sending the administration of this pharmacy employees in anger management and customer care courses, they’ve definitely lost one client.

3 stars not for this pharmacy but for the entire network. On the hotline they gave the pharmacy number 2231028, the cat is not serviced now, they cannot give reliable information whether the network works with the Therapy Plus program, then yes then no. Amateurs!

The second time there is no change ... Guys, well, it's not serious to stand in line for 20 minutes, and then find out that there is no change: UAH 16 from 100 ... In fact, it's even somehow strange. Hang up a sign "no small money" ...
