Some kind of nightmare: both the menu and the site are only in Ukrainian o_O. There is no English or, at worst, Russian version. 👎

Good afternoon, Inga. My name is Tatyana. I am the owner of the Shampuroff store. I could not get through to you. Very disappointed by your feedback on Google. We are trying for our customers. Everyone knows that we have kebabs made of real meat, namely pork neck. Our family and all relatives eat our kebab. Our children eat pork, and veal, and chicken. My husband and I personally control the quality of the products. Therefore, I am very surprised at your discontent. Pickle in onion, salt, pepper and a little seasoning. Nothing extra. Since everyone has different tastes. We make calls to all customers. The opinion of our customers is very important to us. We take into account all wishes and comments. They just did not have time to call orders for April 30 and May 1. I really hope that you change your mind about us.
