The lady in the pharmacy could not answer a simple question - will they bring it today or not, instead she started telling me that they have a warehouse in Cherkasy, she doesn't know anything, and I don't need such information at all. I urgently needed the medicine I bought elsewhere. My order was brought a day later, in the afternoon. They didn't even apologize. I will not come here again, even if I will be paid extra. This attitude is completely unacceptable.
