Inadequate office with an inadequate pharmacist Klimach Darina. I found them through geoapteka.UA, because I attracted the price of the necessary drugs. 2 days in a row I called the pharmacy itself to clarify the price and availability, so that half of Kiev would not be wasted; they assured that the information was true, confirmed the price and availability. Before leaving for the pharmacy, I additionally phoned them and they again confirmed the information. Just in case, I additionally made another reservation through the geoapteka.UA website (only 2 packs of pills for 8392.2 UAH). When I arrived at the pharmacy, I showed the pharmacist a screenshot of the medication reservation, Klimach Darina brought two packs and, as if nothing had happened, on her “own wave” counted the total check for more than UAH 10 thousand (although I just showed her the reservation from the site for UAH 8392 and just an hour ago she confirmed this price in a telephone conversation). The amorphous young lady-pharmacist, who did not even apologize for my wasted time, nerves and money, indifferently muttered: "maybe some kind of failure in the system has occurred." Inadequate! By the way, she could not provide a certificate of conformity for medicines either, citing that there is no head of the pharmacy. I turned around and left, I do not advise anyone to contact them!
