Did eyebrow decoration. Easy to make an appointment, very polite and attentive staff. Painting and decoration of eyebrows costs 200 UAH.

The salon has a beautiful interior, manicure and pedicure are done professionally. Instruments and apparatus are sterilized. The receptionist is polite, offered coffee, tea, took us off. Prices "like everyone else" on average.

I was very surprised by the attitude towards the client. My wife came for the first time on the recommendations, and as a result, she cut her hair like in an eatery. Hair after cutting like a washcloth. It looked awful. The hairdresser was overestimated, pretending to be beggars ... They don’t behave with clients like that. We will never come here again, and do not recommend visiting this institution!

The coating, of course, was a bit thick, but it looks fine from afar, I thought. That same evening, a salon call was made, a reminder of recording a pedicure on the trail. day at 9 am. Who is responsible, I thought. Coming to the trail. day at 9 am, it turned out that the master has a day off and there is no more free time for today. "Sorry, maybe tomorrow?" Now the question is: How can I ring customers and remind them of the record, while not seeing that you do not have enough masters? Or the main goal of the salon to lure as many customers as possible? And here it is not particularly important whether the salon can fulfill the wishes of the client or not.

We went to the salon with my whole family, cut the children, initially the haircuts were good, then they realized that we are regular customers, each time they began to cut worse and worse (weakened). I turned to Lisa (the owner of the salon) to take action, but as it turned out she did not solve anything in this salon. No, in order to correct their mistakes, they simply refuse customers. We will look for a lot of salons suitable, but with this attitude, sooner or later they will be left without customers at all.
