2 different entrances for an post office...very smart..why just to wait one time. Employees like to play "public service mikado"-who moves the first into direction of the client,lost the game!Molodsi!Just for smoking outside they are becoming veeery quickly!

I guess, it is not that rational to have the only post department around - it is the only post point here. The department is kinda poor.

I can't figure out how it works. In the vibeer, from the Ukrposhta, BY PHONE NUMBER, I receive a notification that the package has arrived. I come to the post office, they can't find it. Not by number, not by last name. How does the system work? Don't have a single search pattern by number? So it turned out that I had a registered letter (important) for some time already, and several parcels went back (possibly the fault of the Chinese). And one more thing, there are 2-3 windows in your department, and your aunt sits in the window for the money order and does absolutely nothing, while 6-8 people stand in the window for issuing parcels. And I will note that this is not a new post office, where the queue of 8 people moves in 20 minutes. Maybe you should retrain your employees?

Contrary to the opinion of the majority, I will say that the service in this Ukrposhta branch is good, for all 4-5 visits they treated me kindly, no queues. Moreover, this woman - an employee (apparently she is a permanent staunch soldier) is humanly pity - not everyone could or would agree to work in such a cold weather. So I have no complaints about the level of service and attitude towards visitors (at least not to jinx it))).

Good experience. Rudeness was not present for all the times of my visit. They will tell, prompt, explain. Nice branch!
