And now such an interesting situation, they gave the parcel without documents to a completely left person. I am more than sure that these were the employees of this very post office. We were first at this department, then we were transferred to another, and what a joy it was when our address was again tied to this department!)) Here are pleasant, polite employees, they will always warmly prompt if you have any questions. One drawback - they serve very slowly and for a long time ... Perhaps, of course, this is the fault of the technology, but it's still unpleasant to spend so much time waiting

Today my grandfather went to pay for a communal apartment, he was told to pay 4,700-plus hryvnia, he did not have enough and he came home to take 700 UAH from me (grandson) After calculating all the receipts, the amount turned out to be 2,159.28 without commission. We came with him to sort it out, another woman was already sitting there and she counted us 2228.30 with a commission. Having told her that you cannot deceive people because you can answer for it, she quickly left. I called the hotline, they said that my appeal was recorded. Although I doubt that they will take any action. Be careful and don't trust anyone!
