Although there are announcements on all the windows that parcels are accepted and sent out of the queue of utilities, in fact, no one observes this. You have to stand in kilometer-long queues, because all the windows, both payment and parcel windows, are still accepted by utilities. Of course, it's useless to complain, they will also tell you. The windows are also permanently either closed, or the employees are walking somewhere. Break in the windows when where God will send, regardless of what is written on the tablets. I understand, they are not paid there by mountains of gold. But you can at least follow your own rules? Or then they would not have written anything anywhere, anyway, no one does anything!

We ordered a sourdough for cheese from Chernigov, it should have come back on Mon 17.08. Ocheretino, but did not come, as they said there was no car. Of course, I understand everything, but this leaven needs to be stored in the refrigerator and it turns out that until the car appears, it will disappear to hell and no one will return my money for it.
