Ordered the door in early December. Originally promised for January. Then quarantine, well, that's understandable. Said that 6 weeks, plus logistics. OK. Then it became unclear what. We call after quarantine - they say we will find out and call back. We are waiting. Nobody is calling. In three days we call ourselves. Answer "find out from the supplier and call back." A week passed, so no one called back. We will call again in a week - the door will be with us tomorrow, we will call you back and when there is a door we will send an SMS. It's been a couple of days. No call, no sms. At the time of ordering, almost 2 months have passed. Call again - we will find out and call you back. The day passes, two, no one calls. Call again. "We will find out and call back." Again, no one called back. In a day we call again. Please - call back at least and tell when the door will be. "Yes, of course we'll call you back." Nobody called again ... A day later we call again, finally a representative of the plant from Kyiv calls back and says "sorry, we didn't have enough film for your door, your door will be in 1.5 weeks". Well, ok, but why lie to the "Parquet Plant" that "the door is already going, we will be tomorrow." Accordingly, either no one has contacted the supplier, or it just seems that the customer after his order and payment just sneeze. No one calls and no one is interested in the customer receiving his already ordered and paid goods. Maybe a thousand dollars is not big money, but you can't ignore a customer so brazenly. And we never got the door, although two months have passed. Accordingly, the masters who make repairs simple, and to say about the readiness of the order, no one even thinks. I categorically do not recommend this company and such a "service".

We ordered interior doors, there was a non-standard height, so we thought it would be difficult, but in the store on Gorodotskaya we were well served and consulted. Great choice, good service and normal prices.

They bought laminate on Gorodotskaya in large quantities, they said we could get it if it wasn't enough. A week later they applied because two packs were not enough, they said they would bring them in a week. Two weeks have passed, and that laminate is still missing. The manager calls and says that the laminate in insufficient quantities (ie it is still not enough) can be brought in a week. We have some rooms unfinished and we can not put the door through the managers who provide inaccurate information. What did they do for two weeks ?????? Absolutely sneeze at people. I do not advise contacting this company if you do not want to have problems like us! And this is the second unpleasant case with this company ....

Coordination of managers is just awful. Lose your already paid goods and invoices. They had to deliver the laminate in 4 days, and delivered in 15+ with begging with "dozens" of calls to managers. If you want to have the goods on time, choose another company. History №1 Made an order. We were only told afterwards that they only accept cash payments, but this is not the case ... It occurred to me to type on the network, and it turned out that it is possible to order a terminal in the store (probably LAZY or something from the tax hide). Called in two days, said it would be another +10 days only. Chose another laminate, in the store where there is a terminal, paid. They say "It will be Wednesday". I call on Wednesday evening, they say, we need to look, we will find it in the morning and send it from the Lviv office to the apartment on Thursday. On THURSDAY they say, "they didn't place an order (our order isn't in Lviv yet), express delivery FRIDAY EVENING, DEADLINE - SATURDAY ANSWER. I swear I'll call you back on Friday and I'll let you know exactly." Nobody called back on Friday. On Saturday morning, I received an SMS with the driver's number. I call the driver and ask "When to wait for TODAY? Because yours swore and swore IT WILL BE ON SATURDAY". Driver "I have routes painted all for today, you are not on the list." I call the head of the department, they say that only on Monday we can at 10.30. I say DO NOT GIVE ME ANY TIME LAMINATE. Decided to write to the driver, like at 10.30 exactly whether the time is "plus or minus"? The driver is "I don't know, I was not informed. I explained the situation that my master will be at 12.00 on Monday (I can't come to the apartment to live because I don't have a floor. He is GOLD and not a man)) Offered today (Saturday) to bring. Of the 5 people, only the driver approached with understanding. Managers all hung up "2 minutes, I'll call back." I do not advise !!! History №2 We lacked one pack of laminate. I call and say that I really need a pack, can you throw a new mail. They say: "Yes, we can, but the next day there will be a car, maybe let's send the car? (Like cheaper)." I'm like, well, we would have agreed to the car on the day that Nova Poshta did. They say: "Exactly the car will be on Wednesday at 9.00)))" On Wednesday, do not call until 15.00, I dialed myself. They said that the car will be delayed))) Here - here are "standing on the threshold waiting for the car")))) I call in an hour, because I have to call the master "whether to go or not to his object". They say there will be no car today, in the morning Atvechayu will be.))) And here she came. I should have received it on Tuesday, but received it on Friday. Then I wrote in them as URGENT ORDERS))) I do not recommend.
