In May 2017. purchased gas. Roda column in the store. Thermionion. The store gave tel. the wizard who installed and launched it. After 6 months. so the column stopped working. Of the three service centers (which were provided on the Roda hotline), only one is operational in Lviv. The master arrived a week later. after 5 calls. The warranty service was refused because the column was not started through this service center. Therefore, the departure of the wizard and repair paid. Therefore, there is no warranty service. The shop did not notify the need to run through the service center. There are no references to service centers in the warranty card, only tel. store. The store owner declined to offset any costs.
