Didn't like the service. The employee got nasty at me for nothing and out of the blue. I had a package filled in advance on the Internet in my personal account, that is, the girls operators just needed to enter it into the database and that's it, it's a matter of a minute, but this turned out to be a problem and it was necessary to call me up. Therefore, my assessment of the work of employees of this department is 0! P.S. I heard several times disrespectful treatment of other clients, the operators are not friendly and not professional!

I ordered a parcel from Kharkov on January 20, for the first time I decided to use "Ukrposhta", being flattered by the cost of 20 UAH. Bottom line: they drove for three weeks, brought it to the other end of the city, from there they sent me by express delivery, although I said that after three weeks it doesn't really burn for me. When they finally brought me to the right department, the boorish employee made me pay 33 UAH for this three-week "Express" delivery. Conclusion: a miser pays twice, but this organization is not worthy of the prefix Ukr

Alas, very weak and unprofessional! To resolve my issue, I needed to write a statement at the Ukrposhta branch. I turned to branch 02138 in order to write an application for readdressing, but alas, they said it was impossible because the head of the branch was absent, and only he could accept the application. Later, on the hotline, I was informed that the operator had no right not to accept the applications, since this is his job and the participation of the manager is not at all obligatory for this. I went to branch 02232 where they completely helped me to solve all the issues! Thanks to the employees of the branch 02232 who were on shift December 2, 2020 Employees of branch 02138, shifts of the same day, take an example from 02232! I can't, I don't know, I don't know how - these are not the best qualities for employees. You could call back the management of the department, which was skipping work, and clarify, at least by phone, how you can accept the application! Develop and start with yourself!
