Stayed at the hotel for more than two months. Now could say all the pros and cons. 1. Prices: one of the smallest in the city, but still a bit high for such a service. 2. Logistics: situated in the very heart of the city, it's really well located and this makes a true benefit for it. 3. Facilities: The rooms are quite small but cosy and divide into different types like 2 people, 4 people, etc. There is a shower(with hairdryer), a TV, an air conditioner, a clothes dryer and a mini-refrigerator almost in every room. Some cons are that it no ventilation so needed to open windows(could be cold in winter) Also, from time to time like once per 2 week it could be some challenges with warm water, like you to wait some time it to appear. Personal: smart and adequate, rather friendly than official/pretentious. The view depends, could be on the hotel yard/avenue or on the industrial zone. 4. Design: it looks pretty cosy, neither perfect nor too lush. Moderate and calm. 5 SUMMARY: has a number of cons, but with main benefits as logistics and cosy atmosphere, I could rather recommend it, than not.

Были на турнире с футбольной командой. Постоянно не было нормальной горячей воды, да иногда и холодной не было, не могли даже помыться после матчей, приходилось ходить потными. Первые дни мы покупали чай на ресепшине, но потом решили купить свой чтобы секономить, в итоге раньше нам разрешали брать бесплатно кипяток, но потом вообще запретили, и сказали что можно брать только чай и ничего больше,в комнатах некуда складывать вещи, ни одной тумбочки и шкафа, окно в комнате продувало, отопление ели работало, в отеле было очень холодно, особенно на 3 этаже, комнаты все обшарпаеные, побитые, когда уходили на долгое время из комнаты и потом возвращались, в комнате было не возможно дышать, воняло канализацией, за неделю прибывания там, у нас в комнате ни разу не убрали даже мусорку, хотя комната по размерам 4 квадратных метра Вообщем не советую вам эту гостиницу для отдыха в Мариуполе, отдыхайте в хороших местах.

A bit cramped, a bit dark, like a room for three, but in fact it would be more or less comfortable for one, such things as slippers need to be paid additionally, there are no dishes (glasses, glasses, cups) in the shower for towels there are only two hooks, but I would like a towel dried up for everyone, and not for two, there is nowhere to put soap, in general, a bunch of little things, or to be more precise, their absence created not entirely positive impressions of the overnight stay, although at the reception the girl was very professional, pleasant and polite to us, for which she was huge thank you!

I am staying for the second time. I'm very happy. Clean, warm, comfortable, in the center. This time there was a misunderstanding with the reservation, the administrator quickly and efficiently resolved this issue. I will be happy to stay here on my next visit.
