Today I went to the post office (218), I was pleasantly surprised. First, the mask regime is 100% fulfilled, there is not much accumulation, despite the fact that now the payment of pensions. The staff is kind. I was served by the cameraman Denisenko Nazar, very quickly and efficiently explained everything, explained what the cost of sending depends on. For me, this is an important aspect, because I am involved in charity and I often send. Unfortunately, there are no benefits, so I have to send at my own expense. The lack of large packages for packing shipments also causes some inconvenience. In general, you can buy a lot at Ukrposhta - from basic necessities to books and entertaining magazines. One thing is upsetting, most likely the staff is not fully staffed, many windows are empty.

I sent the child a present and goodies to relatives on 12/21/2020, since the chocolate is very fragile, they chose a box so that it would not break through. Parcel weight 1.500 kg. Arrived at the destination, the box was torn from the side and sealed back with tape. Only a child's play weighing 500 grams remained inside. The child was waiting for his present so that the unconscious employees of the Ukr Post Office would STEAL him !!!! When talking with the head of the department with a request to explain how it turns out, I.V. first she said that you yourself are to blame, you need to RELEASE the parcels before you receive them !! And then she just ran into her back room and sat there leaving me (the client) in the middle of the hall !!!!! And yes, she also said that we didn't EAT your parcel !!! I.V. Polishchuk's competence and ability to conduct a diologist with a client. just a huge 0. Leaving the workplace and closing in the back room is the highest "professionalism" of this person! If you want to stay without your parcel, use Ukrposhta !!! PS If you leave the situation unattended, employees will think that this is possible and they will get nothing for it.

I'm happy with everything. I do not understand why there are so many negative assessments, maybe it depends on the employee, I was served quickly and well, I am satisfied with everything.

The department employs qualified specialists who, I do not know by what miracle, withstand the negative of irritated and rude people poured out on them, the employees behave very correctly and professionally

Absolutely normal department, I don’t understand why so many bad reviews, parcels are issued, queues are mainly only on pension days, the staff are polite.
