As for international shipments, the general cost is high cost! (300 g to send to Belarus 370 UAH, but without insurance, ie lose, it will be, and with insurance 440 UAH.). Even MistExpress is 30% cheaper to deliver than Ukrposhta (comparison in Belarus). Now Nova Poshta also sends international parcels. Sometimes there is a queue, there is a queue of 12 people and one working cash register (it is an hour to wait), but this is probably only during lunch. Today, Monday, 19:00, there is a queue of 6 people on the street and 4 people in the middle. The queue passed in 15 minutes. What do you choose Ukrposhta for? I received a parcel from China by Ukrposhta, not Nova Poshta, unfortunately. But several customers asked to send the goods by Ukrposhta (it is also not clear, I really like standing in line).

After moving the department, the "dark" times came. The queues are like for sausage in perestroika. The staff is the same. Slow, sluggish, finished. In front of clients, they discuss the cost of the parcels received at the department, with the words "we cannot live like this." The parcel came with an incorrect phone number. All other data is correct. An employee of the department insisted that an SMS should be expected, but I insisted on checking the track number. About a miracle: the package was found.

Работают супер медленно. К сожалению некоторые международные отправления приходят на укрпочту, доставка 2-3 месяца, когда другими службами, посылка приходит за 3-4 недели. Сотрудники сами себе решают, когда закрыться, и во сколько открыться. В 20:55 выставляют за дверь со словами «мы работаем до 21:00, и уже подали отчёты, сняли чеки!!» в 20:50? Очень странное отношение работников к клиентам. Могут при клиенте обсуждать рабочие моменты, что сколько стоит, кому куда «пойти» или сводку последних сплетен, и это все пока ты стоишь и ждёшь, когда на тебя обратят внимание. Я уже не говорю о том, что регулярно воруют каталоги с книжного клуба, не вовремя присылают уведомление о прибытии посылки (она может у них неделями лежать, а в какой-то день, в почтовый ящик скинут пачку уведомлений «повторных») Я бы никогда и никому не советовала данный сервис «укрпочта»

Especially in my work I want to highlight Marina Yakimchuk, whom I most often encounter when sending and receiving parcels - a pleasant, polite and positive person, very friendly, like everyone in the department in general. There are almost always queues, but I think that everyone in the department is trying to speed up the process as much as possible, at least, this is what I observe.

Their salary, like most, is me for those who believe that they are paid the minimum, and therefore such a shitty service. No, that's not why, just lazy people, that's all. I am not happy with the department, as well as with the mail. Slow work of staff and delivery. The cost of Express delivery is almost at the price of New Mail, the difference is 20 percent, and the terms of course differ significantly. This mail has been delivered to me from the Zaporozhye region for a week already. So much for the Express. Disgusting service, never again.
