To be fair, they had a decent selection of Daytona’s, GMT, Yacht Master and Datejusts. But the service was awful. They provide one word answers and don’t ask you any questions about what you’re looking for. They genuinely don’t seem interested in trying to sell a watch. Their retail prices are about 20% higher than other EU or US retailers.

❗️You’re not welcome in this store! Personnel are makes you feel like you own something from them! ❗️After buying pair of watches, nobody gave rcpt, asking to come back in few days, no any cover for basel offered. Prices like everywhere for Rolex, difference only in Taxes for each country, but here you can find some rare timepieces. ❗️❗️One more negative impression, that you can’t put your name in lane for any new arrival or wanted timepieces! ⛔️If you have a chance to choose where to buy, for sure don’t use Kyiv shop and their ambassadors in Ukraine!!!⛔️

Yesterday my Rolex Submariner got damaged and as it looks to me an easy fix I visited the boutique today to check what they can do. None of the personnel wanted to see my watch or give me an opinion about the damage. The only thing they were continuing asking was the watch certificate or card. They made me feel like I have stolen the watch. They say that this procedure applies to all Rolex shop around the world. It means if you buy a watch without certificate or you loose your card along the way you cannot service your watch anymore. That’s sounds ridiculous. It’s unacceptable service for a brand like Rolex.

Very poor service, I feel bad for Rolex that they have this shop in Kiev. Not recommended at all. High prices, compare to other countries, and service is bad. No English, no patient. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!
