And now I am already writing this review 2 minutes after our delicious lunch, because I sincerely want to thank you for your attention to detail, elaborate and thoughtful tastes, and the quality of ingredients. Poke in different establishments is often too commonplace, as if you were eating different products from the buffet table, but here there was a sense of the integrity of the dish, which is clearly emphasized by sauces. Throughout this year, we often ordered sushi in "Ginger", and such situations as today were periodically, but recently they began to repeat themselves more often. Today is February 14th. My husband and I decided to arrange a romantic evening with sushi. I made the order for a DAY, so that for sure. Today, 3 hours before the order, I specially called to clarify whether the order will be ready by 19:00, as it was ordered the day before. They said that everything would be ready. We came to pick up the order at 19:05, and what did they tell us? That the order is not ready, judging by their faces, they did not start preparing it at all !!! Well, how can you ??? At the same time, people are sitting in the cafe and eating sushi, which suggests that delivery is fading into the background for them. I understand everything, you want to take as many orders as possible, BUT you can't cope! Do not be greedy, this will lead to the fact that you start to lose loyal customers. Now it is already 19:55, but there is still no order ... I'm starting to think I won't order from you anymore ... Very disappointed ... What can I say. These are the most delicious sushi and rolls I've ever eaten !!! And I tried sooo much sushi in different places. Have ordered from them more than 30 times for sure, and EVERY time the sushi was amazingly delicious! Those who say that theirs is expensive, this is ridiculous) Take a look at the prices in other more or less normal sushi bars, so there prices are 30-50% higher, that's for sure! And if you take a set, it turns out even cheaper. And the most important thing is the BITS of the fish, yes, it’s the bites, they are huge, and not dusting, like in almost all other establishments. Their only negative (not for me;)) they do not deliver anywhere except Troyeshina. But you can always come to them, to their little cafe) The guys who cook are very friendly and know their job. As for me, they cook delicious rolls and sushi here. But the girl who accepts orders does not know the time, she cannot calculate how long it takes for the client to wait for the order. My story: on Friday 11.12.2020 at about 17:35 I decided to order these delicious rolls and sushi, a set "hit deluxe" worth 550 UAH by self-pickup, because delivery is long to wait. The girl accepted the order and said that the order would be ready at 19: 20, I agreed. At 19:10, my husband went to pick up the order a little earlier. The girl said that they are late, and the order will be at 19: 40, well, ok, it happens. On the phone, I asked if they would be in time for 19:40 so that we would not wait on the street for another half an hour, to which I assured me that everything would be ready. 19:40 we are again told that your order has not even been prepared yet, and it will be at 20:00. At this point, the nerves began to fail, and the eye twitched! But hungry, we decided to give a third chance and wait until 20:00. In the end: the order is FINALLY ready. the rolls are delicious. Although there was not a pleasant aftertaste .. Why does the girl not call back and warn about the time delay ?! Why not just say that you have a lot of orders and it is possible to stretch the time range so that people do not wait for you on the street ?! I understand, Friday. But you can warn? Honestly, after such a service, it's very annoying

We ordered sushi today, we waited about an hour for delivery. Minus a star for a little redneck attitude-paid shipping. Considering that it is delivered mainly in the area, it was possible to make free or, as many do, free delivery from a certain amount. The prices are normal, the taste is good, the fish is fresh. Also on a set, consisting of 4 rolls, put one sauce-yl about b with t in o. Yes, you can buy additionally, but you can also lay down two, given that the set is for the company.
