Worst Harley shop I've ever visited. Supply is very limited and prices are high even compared to US prices. Staff are very unfriendly and act like its a chore to help the customers. Avoid this shop.

Went to get a t-shirt during my stay in Kiev. Walked in the store and was not greeted and didn't get any service until I asked. Slim selection of Harley T-shirts. Seemed like I was an annoyance instead of a customer. I'm sure Harley Davidson Corporate would not approve of this.

Beautiful branch with a very kind and skilful sales manager . The choice of motorcycle is maybe not huge but well representative of the Harley-Davidson range.

Arrived late one afternoon after the main store had closed. The mechanic was leaving but kind enough to let us in and let us look. Ended up buying some apparel and will go back for more stuff later. Super nice and spoke better english than I speak Ukrainian! Can't say enough about him! Quality people, very nice store!!!! Must visit when in Kyiv!!
