Terrible attitude. You call - they don't pick up, and when you come, the queues are terrible. First they say one thing, and then they say: who told you that? Are you serious ??? Completely incompetent people, the moderator is just awful. What do you all get money for there? The whole building of offices, and works only 2. How can I call you ?? You write on the door that you need to register. But the question is HOW ?! Yesterday the whole day was busy, today no one picks up the phone. At first they didn't let you in, you throw the documents in the box and it's unclear whether they will get where they need to go. I too work in public institution, but we don't have such hogwash. And it isn't in a quarantine of business. Everything comes from the leadership.
