Very poor service and average sushi at best:(

The best part is the prices ... small. All. Have ordered here several times ... and each time an unpleasant story. I am silent about the size of the sushi, the price is appropriate. After one story, the opinion has categorically deteriorated, and there is no desire to place an order accordingly. Sometimes they ordered for work ... for a large team, a large set at a nice price. And once again our order was accepted, we waited for the announced time, and the courier did not call. Anything can happen, we called the operator to find out where the courier is at least located. The answer was “the courier left”. In another half hour, "the courier is on the way." After another half hour, another call "the courier is coming." When the waiting time exceeded 2:40, we called the operator back and said that we would come and pick up the order ourselves. There was only one request to pack it in two bags. We were told that we still need to pay extra for packing. You know, wait almost 3 hours, and come and pick it up yourself ... we could already have made the packaging free of charge. The weather was terrible, the time is late, and we come to the establishment to finally pick up the order and go home. To which we receive the answer "Now we will collect your order, wait another 20 minutes." For 3 hours we were fed with stories about the courier, which still cannot reach us and, as a result, the order is not even collected ?! I have not had such situations with any delivery. We didn't pick up the order. Mockery. As a result .... passing by - pass by.

There were 27.02.2021 delicious rolls. Ordered a set of 4 rolls with 2 hot rolls. Made faster than the planned 15 minutes. The only downside is that there is little space. Designed for what you order with you. But today in Magellan is the only place where you can eat delicious rolls. + in the karma of a nice girl who was at the front desk.

It is a pity that I will write a negative response. I want to note that my review will be about Sushi WOK mall Magellan, not for the entire network. There was a situation last week, the order was prepared late: we waited for 25 minutes and received an incomplete order. But the company responded and apologized)) Today an order for self-pickup was made 2 hours before receipt. Arriving and standing for another 15 minutes on the street: it turned out that the order is not ready and still have to wait 20 minutes. Explanation: a large number of orders as last time.

I think that 3 stars is a stretch. before that, I ordered sushi several times and always had some problems (either not all the devices were put in, then something else), the last time I ordered sushi + according to the promotional code, they gave another mini set of baked rolls. Well, guys, I haven't eaten such disgusting ones in any of your restaurants. Teach the cooks to cook rice !!! He's completely undercooked, crunched in the middle. your happiness that there were no scales and I did not weigh the total weight, because judging by the mini-size of the rolls, even that undercooked rice was put less. Apparently, your chefs have changed, or I don't know what is the reason for what you are, but without trying you give it to people. until you change the cook, I will not order "food" from you
