Unpleasantly surprised by this service. Inspection of the car before purchase was carried out from 9.30 to 13.00. But this is not because it is high quality and professional. Most of the time the car was in the repair zone and no one was near it. Inspection of the chassis was carried out so well that did not even see the bent lower lever. The payment for the chassis inspection was not taken only because I did not give it. No questions were given about the condition of the brake pads and discs. Nobody even looked there. I had to take the lamp myself and inspect it. There are still quite small remarks. If the director is interested in my opinion, he can call. I will send him copies of the results that I received for the "diagnosis" for 1380 UAH. P.S. I read the answer to my review and became sad. An outright lie in your "refutations". No wonder I wrote that the director can call. My phone number is in the order. And now in detail: 1. No one was looking for a photo of the car from the auction for me and no one showed them to me (why is it me? I have them anyway), you still say that carfax is free. So why lie so openly? Ready to come and let this worker , who for me "searched and showed" a photo, will tell it in my eyes. 2. Nobody left the car in the service. The previous owner of the car was always there. And I arrived at 11.30 to hear the results of the "diagnosis". And I waited 1.5 (one and a half) extra hours, and I can remind your employees once again how many times I asked when the car will be fully inspected. 3. Not your employees offered not to include in the account "check" of a running gear, and having received unexpectedly "slap" in the party, having shown the unprofessionalism, extreme incompetence, indifferent attitude to the client, only then they decided to get out. And I had no idea to pay for such nonsense. 4. In general, what else to write here ???? I do not see a corresponding reaction from the management. Keep covering your clumsiness. Instead of teaching them and correcting their mistakes. 5. As for as many as 5 employees who inspected the car, let's count, write who else, because I counted only three. I have already written about the qualification and experience of one (inspection and testing of the chassis). About check of a paint and varnish covering I will add that in connection with weather conditions the car arrived extremely dirty and nobody thought to carry out technical washing of a body for inspection. And you call it a qualified inspection of the condition of the paintwork ??? Walk through the thickness gauge and give the result ??? Complete incompetence. An attempt to organize a European-level car service in this case and on this service was extremely unsuccessful.

I recommend that you take a photo of it from all angles before giving the car for service. Dent appeared after service! Naturally, the answer is: "This did not happen with us." They wrote to me in response that I did not come to show the damage, but I did, and the employee examined the damage! And this is not minor damage! I washed the car the day before the service and I would have noticed that! I am almost sure that there was no damage before the car was returned for service. For the answer, of course, thanks.
