Served for more than four years. There were minor flaws. I closed my eyes, because the specialists are good. The last time was just a nightmare. They take money, they are in no hurry to correct their mistakes. It seems that regular customers are not needed.

Good service station, I always come here if you need to do something. Minus - no electricity.

I did the collapse twice, everything is fast and clear! Now I'm going for the third time, I called, they said no problem, they are waiting.

When leaving Kyiv, there was a problem - the oil level sensor issued a warning about a malfunction, and there are 350 km ahead! Fortunately, I found this service station on the Internet (I can't imagine how people used to live without the Internet ???), called. The master listened to the problem, immediately clarified an important point about the fault and invited to the service station for inspection and technical assistance, while explaining in detail how to get there, good, not far. At the station, 2 masters inspected the car at once and determined the probable malfunction (oil sensor). Advised to go further and make repairs on the spot, because the replacement of the sensor requires some time. So we did, and everything was fine! Summing up, I define, firstly, professionalism, secondly, efficiency (did not wait a minute), and thirdly, humanity! (did not take a penny, although they could). Agree, a set of such characteristics is now rare, and definitely deserves the highest praise and best recommendations! Thanks guys! P.S. Sorry for a lot of text, I wanted to share my impressions!

I do not advise! Definitely! Explanation below. On January 20, I signed up for them to undergo scheduled maintenance (Skoda TOUR 1.6). - Bosch, Mann, etc.). Late in the evening after work I took away a car having paid for all services. I ask where is the rest of the oil? (It gets into the engine when replacing about 4.1-4.2 liters) - no, and the master is no longer to ask ... Ok., let it be so. In the morning (it was Saturday) I had to leave Kyiv, opened the hood to check if everything was OK (oil, washer) - 1) there are pliers on the engine, just like that, they almost fell to the timing belt. 2) on the probe the oil level is MUCH more than max, much 3) in the tank with antifreeze liquid MUCH more than max (on cooling there was no conversation with THAT). I'm going to the service station at 9 am. I give the tool (zero apologies or even thank you). I ask if they did something with antifreeze? - We added ... Why? there is .... (the level of a centimeter by 1.5-2 exceeds the max). Assure that everything will be OK, no problem. I ask why they poured me how much oil - they start telling me together what should happen .... Please take the excess ... refuse ... and here (because the whole conversation is near the open hood) I see that my cabin filter is all in the sheet and down (in the TOUR it is visible from the outside). I ask - did you change the interior? (I remind you - all my spare parts). Answer YES. They say - let's get it and look at it. The "master" takes a screwdriver and sits on the passenger seat and starts poking somewhere under the glove compartment. My eyes climb on my forehead (in the TOUR the filter changes from the outside). I understand that everything is not as it should be - I go to the owner. I say everything I think about the service and the master (without shouting and mats). He goes somewhere with a very unhappy face, buys 1 liter of oil, interior filter and orders another master to remove excess oil from the engine, replace the filter and give me 1 liter. lubricants for what they did not return. Just in case, I ask - have you even changed the candles? They look angrily - and say, of course. Everything, I go from them. I forget and do not even write a single review, I just want to forget about this service. But time forced me to return to the response. Yesterday I went through the scheduled MOT in normal service and also ask to look at the spark plugs again because the car is not behaving very well. And here bingo - unscrew the candles - two (1, 4) - NGK, two (2,3) Beru. As I understand it, the curved masters failed to get two spark plugs in the winter (who knows the BFQ motor will understand that this is a difficult task) and stupidly did not change them. That is, they took two candles from the set I bought (or maybe all 4, because 1 and 4 also did not look like 7,000 miles). The result - money spent for work that was not done, stolen parts (if he had not seen the cabin filter, he would also have stayed with the old one). Whether they changed the oil and other filters - I'm also not sure. Here is the story.
