Good day. I would like to share my impressions of the Olymed clinic and especially want to express my sincere gratitude to Doctor Kuzmenko Denis Sergeevich. I am very pleased with the visit to this doctor. This is exactly the situation when you fall into the hands of a professional. At first, I was very nervous because there was a barrier between the fact that I was a girl and a doctor was a man) but when you start talking, fear and doubts disappear) the examination was painless and comfortable) The consultation lasted a very long time, we sorted out my problem inside and out! operations are more efficient and so on. There are new technologies here. The girls at the reception are very helpful and the clinic has a very welcoming atmosphere. I definitely recommend this clinic !!! I’ll even say more that many people need to look up to Olymed and their specialists !!! I would very much like to have such an attitude towards patients everywhere! We turned to Dr. Nezgovorova G., since we have known her for 15 years and trusted her.BUT now, when her husband complained about his health, then Nezgovorova, knowing the medical history, after listening to the complaints, treated his problem superficially and negligently. She did not conduct any research, only a blood test must be taken. But just in case, she prescribed a horse dose of antibiotics and sent home for treatment. During the day, taking the prescribed medications, my husband felt worse and worse (fever, pain in the intestines intensified). The medications did not help, if not made it worse. And when he turned on the phone for help to Nezgovorova, the "doctor" said that this could not be and suggested that it was a covid. It's convenient to blame everything on covid ... And she didn't even comment on the blood results that we sent her. Well, yes .... she has a weekend .... At such a critical moment, the "doctor" let us down. Professionalism has disappeared and humanity with care too ... VERDICT: Nezgovorova relaxed, degraded and does the work by inertia. And the husband passed the test for covid, it is negative. Yesterday I was in this medical center. I want to share my opinion. What I liked very much was the staff. Polite, smiling, knows how to listen to you. They offer you coffee and tea if you want. I really liked the fact that it is clean in the clinic, where you cannot go, perfect cleanliness. I was with them for half a day, as I was doing endosonography. After waking up, there was very good care. Doctors are professionals, they know their stuff. And the people are nice. For the price, as I recognized in other places, this is the cheapest price. In the end, I was given a link to download photos and videos on my question. I was very pleased. I can safely put 5 stars. And I wish the clinic success in their difficult business. From myself, I can say that I can safely recommend it. Thanks to the clinic for everything !!!
