I go to the rocking chair. Exercise machines are rubbish, but everything is enough. The hall is constantly updated. Soon, I hope, will not give way to other halls. An excellent team of trainers who will lead to victory!

Due to the fact that the small gym maintains a friendly atmosphere between staff and visitors. The minimum set of simulators (still of the Soviet type), many are seized. There is no orbitrek, treadmill, gum for pulling up on the horizontal bar / bars. There are children's classes, powerlifting. There is a bar (sports cocktails, mineral water, tea, coffee). Possible individual lessons with a coach. Small lockers for the most valuable with keys in the hall, in the locker room lockers without locks. Prices for visits in principle correspond to the content. Of the minuses. There is no air conditioning, because of this, in summer classes become torture (gymnasium on the attic floor and the roof over it, the windows are small and there is little draining) and you don’t want to go to the gym. Selfies with beautiful big mirrors and brilliant exercise machines will not work because of the absence of both. The owner does not really monitor the technical condition of the simulators.
