If there was a "fakap" (as in my case: cut awfully, untidy with rough cuts for 1200 UAH .. painted just as awful for 3,500 UAH (this can be seen in the photo)). The salon in the case of fakapu does not go to the meeting and does not offer solutions to the situation, does not admit his guilt (although obviously the services were provided NOT QUALITATIVELY), so you are left with the problem one on one. My hair before the salon was long (4 lengths) and had a great condition and a healthy look. After Beauty Club, I lost my length, I couldn't put it in, and when I collected it in the tail, it also looked like pinched ... At my request to make a correction, soften the cuts and fix everything, the salon responded very strangely ..! He began to insist that the correction was already there (although in fact the master Emma cut my hair in the morning and did not have time to finish so I asked to come and get a haircut in the evening). And then they added that I left the salon, so everything suited me..🤦🏼‍♀️ And then there is the absurd. Realizing that you can tell about it, they BLOCK YOU IN INSTAGRAM. During the resolution of this conflict, they changed the profile name three times so that I could not mark them 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 (very CUSTOMER-ORIENTED🤪) And when you write to the owner of the salon Anna to solve this issue "friendly" they write to you ... Sorry, BUT WE ARE NOT YOUR SALON How to take money - "we are yours" How to fix fakap is no longer yours🙈 The story ended with me returning to my salon, where I was previously served, namely CLIPSE LIPKI. There, the masters are really responsible for the level for which you pay. And by the way, the prices there are lower, although the professionalism of the staff is much higher 🙌🏻 UPD! Continued to the previous review .. In a month the hair grew back and became absolutely CLEAR (without exaggeration) you can see the PROFESSIONAL level of coloring for 3500 UAH. Without exaggeration, I will always remember this horror ... It is simply unacceptable to make fun of my beautiful, long hair in the salon, which positions itself as TOP, LUXURY and all that. I do not recommend!
