Either the rental price is expensive, or the corona virus affected the filling, or it is not yet very attractive for renting .. although there are a lot of towns nearby - Euromisto, Molodezhny, Pionersky, CheryTown, Bavaria, Barcelona, ​​IHouse and potential visitors - a lot plus there is a large parking lot, therefore, it is not clear why everything is not filled.
