Arrived at 9.00. It turned out that they have been working since the 10th. At 10.10 there was no one yet. Do not pick up the phone. Somewhere at 10.17 the doctor appeared and declared that in them reception only record by phone (on which nobody answers). Seven minutes later they went inside. The doctor rudely said that they had a record (although no one was there) and if no one came, she would pay attention to us - and now leave, because I need to change clothes .... It was almost 10.30 ... After such an answer (even though the dog was very ill), we turned around and went to the LCD Sofia (and now served there)

The Fox Terrier dog was bitten by ticks and went to this clinic! The treatment was without result, the dog DIED! Didn't come to the reception, didn't even call and didn't ask why they didn't come!

After a 3-hour haircut, the cat is sad and eats little. He and we went through a lot of stress while we were there. Most likely we won't come again
