The ATM on the street was distinguished by an excellent function to rustle the mechanism for issuing money, but not to give it back and show a sad smiley that it was faulty. At the same time, after completing the operation and debiting the money from the account, he returned the card even and thanks for that. The department said, wait and they will come to the account, cool system however. I had to leave a statement in support of my bank to resolve the situation. I do not recommend using it.

Was in this branch on June 31 ordered a universal card named with a photo and immediately paid 150 UAH. A bank employee told me that the card will be ready in two weeks And he asked which branch do you want to get your card Well, I naturally told him that there is a branch) And he said that a notification will come when the card is ready and I can pick it up))) But a month and a half passed and the notification did not come to me! I decided on September 14 in the afternoon to go to the bank I asked the employee my card is ready and whether it looked or not and said that it was ready to sit in line and take your card !!! I sat until 17:30 in this branch and the staff at exactly half past five say that the bank is closing !!! Naturally, I never received my card. But the employees of this bank served clients so monotonously and slowly))) And I left not happy with this service of this bank))) I have never seen such a terrible department anywhere)))
