A couple of days ago I was "lucky" to get into this "wonderful" establishment. My husband and I are not local, we came for work, went to kill a couple of hours of waiting. The room is very cold, the toilet is closed, the fruit tea is terrible. The guy works there for the first day and in the literal sense of the word does not know anything there, several times they asked to add water to the hookah, but this did not save the situation, the hookah has no taste and little smoke. There are no questions for the guy (you could see how worried he was, apologized several times), a question for the owners of this institution, how can you hire a person without training him and leave completely alone on the very first day? Also the question: for tea, hookah standard (120 UAH) and coffee 3in1 (15 UAH) we paid 270 UAH, tea is 135, please review the price policy of tea, or write the cost

To say that this is a great place is to say nothing. Hookah top, great atmosphere, the owner knows his business, the institution keeps the brand.
