Готель Chalet Du Mont

This is an odd place, there are good things and others that don’t make too much sense. The place strives to be a top notch hotel but it really does fall short on mainly the execution of things, it seemed like everyone was super new at their job or just not trained on how things should operate. Good: Modern clean facilities Dogs to take for a walk Lovely views Staff was quick to respond and seemed nice enough but not customer service oriented at all to go the extra step to resolve any issues completely. Not so good: Our bathroom and bedroom on the fifth floor smelled like sewage, had to request to be moved. The coffee machine is terrible and not only continuously kept not working right, but the staff wasn’t sure how to operate it and it’s inadequate to make coffee for so many people. The restaurant is not a restaurant it’s a cafeteria and overpriced, we waited an hour for food and the food was not good at all. Handles missing on our door to the balcony. The pool was freezing! It was so cold especially when it’s snowing outside it should be warm. When we brought the issue up it’s just brushed off and not really fixed. No Indoor walkway from the pool to the hotel. Big rush of people all over each other during meal times, not COVID prevention or thoughtfulness at all. Same electronic music video playing in food area 24 hours a day, no ambience at all or the right music for a lodge. Overall it seemed like the hotel has decent enough facilities but the customer service and hospitality management and training are just really lacking, especially for the price!

Highly recommended, clean, great view and wonderful and helpful staff. Plus if you want you can walk their dogs - no joke :)) - they have wonderful malamut pupps. Definitelly go for the pool, sauna, and chan (warm bathtub in the cold outside with pine branches). Also try the pasta with white mashrooms if they have them.

Nice place to stay with small kids, comfortable spa zone, amazing views, ideal for hiking in the forest, polite staff, very child friendly

Perfect place, friendly owners who run this pace, tasty food, variety of activities to choose from. Strongly recommended.
