They refused to unpack the parcels because they did not have time, there were 15 minutes left until the end of the shift. There were three employees on the shift.

It is a pity that it does not have a zero mark. Today, for the first time in my life, I visited the branch. She came to pick up the parcel. I have been working with Ukrposhta for 6 years. I send parcels a couple of times a week and receive them accordingly. They lived in Khmelnytsky, 6 years of cooperation with Ukrposhta, there were no problems. Today I bring home a parcel, and shock. Postal workers stole 2 children's pajamas, dear !!!! It was just a SHOCK !!!!! On the consignment note, from the point of departure it is written: parcel 2 kg. I weigh 1522 grams. Weighed at home, as without a second thought, what can be done. This inspection is not allowed. What is indicated on the receipt !!! I have a photo of the receipt. Apparently the person who took it, needs it more. But stealing other people's things, exposing parcels is the bottom !!!!!! What kind of state can we talk about when such Rotten people live in it !! I want to believe that the things you took out of the parcel will be more useful to you, and you needed them so much !!

The parcel was not issued according to the original passport. For the second time I am waiting for my wife at the door of the eighth post office of Ukrposhta. She is for the second time, on another SMS invitation from Ukrposhta came to receive the same parcel from Bonprix. She defended the queue. She presented her passport, bank card, and called her phone number. In response, I heard that I needed a photocopy of my passport, which, of course, no one had reported during the previous visit. The copier in the "not connected" department does not work. She offered to take a photo of the original or send them an electronic copy - they refused. Wonder? Unlike? Is it more profitable for Ukrposhta not to issue, but to return this parcel Bonprix?

Hello! I leave this negative response, because I have never seen such horror! Came to the Ukrainian post office today to find out if my parcels came to me, because I do not use the number I ordered! I went in a mask, I keep my distance, on the door of Ukrposhta it says that in connection with the QUARANTINE they have changed the work schedule, go into the room one by one! But I don't even hear about quarantine and quarantine norms there! There were 8 people in the room, three of them were in masks, three visitors and ONE EMPLOYEE FROM FIVE! I kept my distance until the non-working workers started shouting and laughing so that the worker who served me did not hear what I was saying to her and accordingly I did not hear what she was saying to me! By the way, she is one of those workers who was without a mask! While I was waiting for my parcel, a girl with a big dog came into the distance and went to talk to the workers with her dog where the parcels are! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH HORROR! IT'S NOT UKR POST, IT'S A SHAME!
