Parcels from China 4 pieces hung for more than a month, won disputes, returned the money ... until I come for the parcel that was tracked on the track number and ask: "why don't you report that you came?" In response: "we called!" I open the smartphone - as you already guessed, no one missed, that is, no one called. I ask for other parcels, they say no ... I beg you to search ... and miraculously - four parcels were found !!! I always try to order paid delivery from China, so that delivery in Ukraine is transferred to either Nova Poshta or Mistexpress, you know why. Who does not understand the explanation - this is a problematic postal service! I do not recommend using its services!

The child's birthday. Grandma sent a gift, but an error occurred and the gift returned to the point of departure. Do not call the hotline ..... due to a mistake made by Ukrposhta employees, the child cries on his birthday. At the department, when asked why this happened, they just wave their hands. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UKRPOST. Here they are irresponsible to their direct responsibilities.

Well, very slow service. It seems that employees are in no hurry, and you are recommended. If you come, and they have some work in progress, then be prepared to wait, because they do not care that you can hurry, or something like that. There's your own and your own pace of life)

I am very satisfied with the service of the employees of this department. Even after moving, we use the services of Ukrposhta right here, although there is something else nearby (terrible service).
