So I'm waiting for 5 days for my transfer, in the appendix it says that there is a receipt for the branch, or rather a car on the road, namely for my branch (actually it is one in three villages) by the way and still writes so, although I took the transfer a couple of hours ago, but the point is not in this. If the neighbor did not tell me that the parcel is already at the branch, it would be sent back to the Sender (according to a lady who works at separate offices) because she does not know me personally, to whom, in fact, the transfer was sent , and my phone number, which she should call when receiving a transfer, and it is a pity for minutes to call, or at least write an SMS. She opens the mail when she wants, as well as closes, under the guise of quarantine. And in the transfer of children's things, a mixture of porridge, etc. to any point of Ukraine, not to mention international shipments, this lady simply can't weigh and put the sum of the declared value of transfer. I don't understand for what she receives a salary. She has nothing to do at this workplace while at least she won't learn elementary things about their work.
