He had an unpleasant situation with the staff, on Saturday on Halloween they celebrated their daughter's birthday, the sister gave a bundle of cool balloons, fixed them in the restaurant on the window handle. We spent 8 hours there, we had 14 children at the celebration, left at 21:00, respectively, were before closing, and in this commotion forgot the balls in the restaurant. My daughter mentioned the balls in the backpack called back, I was told that very busy make orders and call me. I waited for 30 minutes and silence, called back and answered that the balls were inflated and they just threw them out of respect for the property of customers at the highest level. we were not even apologized for, despite the fact that we left more than 5,500,000 there.

I had an unpleasant situation with the pizzeria (they mixed up the order and brought the wrong pizzas), but the administrator solved the situation very well and left me 2 pizzas that I did not order as compensation + delivered the right pizzas that I ordered, free of charge, for an hour I chose. Delivery is fast, the pizza is bombastic. Now I will order regularly! Thanks!
