Varenichna

It used to be a wonderful place to have a rest and enjoy wonderful meal. This time we had to listen to annoying game sounds and watch the back of this guy. For sure after this bad luck we are not sure of visiting this place again.

Many different types of vareniky. We tried with mushrooms and with potatoes and cheese. Really tasty.

Simple traditional cuisine. Tasty and we'll presented. Friendly staff. One star subtracted because it seems there's only one toilet and people are always queuing for it. So if you are at the nearest table, it's a factor to consider...

Mixed everything up, not coming here again

This simple, classic, Ukrainian dumpling (varenyky), is hard to mess up and this restaurant is able to do a tasty job with all 20+ of its variations. You can have sweet or savory dumplings for a reasonable price and a large side of source cream, a staple when eating varenyky for a very reasonable price. This is a good stop right before or after getting off the Yaremche train (station right across the road) but be aware there is only one toilet in the restaurant so there may be a wait of other customers.
