Hotel Rubel

Honest review from a Bride: amazing staff and super friendly service!!!! For a few days we felt that they became part of our story, guests were treated with highest level of Hospitality. The View from the rooms is amazing. Rooms are clean and cleaning staff is very friendly. Kitchen: where do I even start. The best potato pancakes in the region!!! we tried 80% of the menu, not speaking even about wedding banquette, and all was so good that you want to come back. Thank you to the Rubel team for helping us to make this day special and feel special. Definitely can recommend!!!!

Overall, a very good experience. The folks working there were helpful and personable, willing to make various accommodations for our large party of five, including two children. The hotel was clean, the pool was fairly large and also clean. The restaurant was nice, food was fresh and yummy, prices above average for the area. Interesting restaurant decor, it made for a pleasant ambiance. Service can be slow at dinner time, so give yourself ample time to settle. There is a ping pong table just outside the front door, which helped a lot when we were waiting for food to arrive. My main complaint is the lack of a fridge in the room. Traveling with children is difficult enough because they are picky eaters and often times don't want to eat when it's eating time. It would have been very helpful to store leftovers in the fridge and offer them when the kids got hungry. The shower did not have a curtain (it's a tub with an optional shower head), but that's a pretty minor thing.

We were celebrating a wedding at this hotel in September 2019. The hospitality of the staff was at the highest level that you can even imagine. Cusine is just the top level. We and our guests are very grateful for the time that we spent there.

Good location, great vieuw. Pool with warm water. Kind and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and tasty. The hotel has it's own parking. 24/7 reception. Summary = a good and nice recent hotel with a good service

It's a great hotel with an outdoor pool, so you can combine beach activities with mountain activities, which is a great choice for summer. The hotel is quite new, so everything in the rooms is working properly. Stuff is really great and helpful which you can't find often in Ukraine. The restaurant is also very good. It serves European cuisine. The menu is not large, but everything tastes quite good. City center is not far.
