The best hotel and service in this area!!! Highly recommend to the families with children. Great place to spend a time. Great and highly equipped rooms. Very cosy beds and great parking. Really enjoy staying there. Next time we will stay there again because already tried a lot of hotels but this one price and service well balanced. A solid 4-star hotel. The housing and facilities are amazing. The staff could use more training on customer service. They were super nice, but did not know the best practices when handling out of order situations. We rented a Villa and it claims to fit 6 adults and 3 kids - that means your kids will be sleeping with you in bed or on the couch downstairs (all three even if they are from different families). No pillows or blankets were provided for that area. Only upon firm request I could get an extra pillow for my son and 7-month pregnant wife. Cleaning was optional, which is not a hotel style and I had to request cleaning several times without knowing whether they decided it is an option today or not. I thought it was odd that it was up to them, not me. Restaurant food was good but not fabulous, when requested extra fries for my son I was refused due to “the rules on the portions”. Overall, I would stay here again as they were very patient receiving feedback and wanted to make things better.

Perfect stay, we had great house and amazing stay. Could fit kings family. Its was 7 of us, and we had more then enough. Sauna and swimming pool was better then expected. And girls loved the massage. Lots of love to amazing staff- Maria. Will definitely come back.

Ideally! Everything is super: the location, ski in, ski out (there is a photo), the quality of the repair and decoration of the cottages, everything is solid and beautiful, the excellent restaurant, the quality of the dishes, the service is at a high level, the prices are not higher or even lower than those in Kiev. Breakfast is full, varied and delicious. An excellent spa complex is included in the price. I advise you to book your time in advance. We have never regretted choosing this complex.
