Absolutely fabulous hotel. Just opened in December 2018. Everything you need to have a great weekend. Big, comfortable rooms with all stuff. Fantastical spa area with pool and saunas. Children's room and great rest area with free billiard. Transfer to ski lifts. Just fantastical breakfast and dinner. Strongly recommend to visit this hotel during your stay in Bukovel.

Great hotel, great rooms, great food. The water in the spa was not that warm but ok. Great value for the money. Very close to the slopes.

Excellent hotel! Clean and spacious rooms! Great view from the room! Delicious breakfasts and dinners! Friendly and helpful staff. A good selection of food for every taste! The spa center is decent :) Conveniently, there is a shuttle and close to the center. We were very pleased, we will come to you again;)))

The staff at the hotel is very nice. The room is clean and breakfasts with dinners are quite tasty and varied. But there are a few buts. Consider that you are terribly unlucky if you have a room above the restaurant, there is a high probability that you will not be able to open the balcony, because there is a smoking room and instead of fresh air I got only cigarette smoke. There is no soundproofing in the hotel. If adequate people live next to you, then everything is ok. But if a noisy company settles in the hotel, then your vacation is ruined. There is no point in contacting the staff, as they are unlikely to be able to calm down a bunch of drunken men and did not want to disturb the girl at the reception 10 times. But still this is a huge minus. In general, this is not a bad response from the hotel, but people who do not know how to relax without disturbing others.
