The older man is very negative and grumpy, he made remarks all the time !! We wanted to fry kebabs, the man asked the waiters if you can use the barbecue and buy firewood from them, he was told that everything is possible, when in the afternoon they approached the owners for firewood, then, mentioned above, the older man replied - quote "you went here , why didn't they buy a tai and didn't bring it? " 🤦‍♀️ I answered that my sister and I went to Yaremche once for groceries, but my husband called me not to buy firewood, because they were told that it would be possible to buy from the owners, to which the older man just muttered that "I said no !!" When settling into the hotel, they clarified whether there is a refrigerator, said that there is a kitchen on the ground floor, you can use it, and that kitchen is locked and each time you need to approach the owners to open it, when there was an influx of people for lunch and the owner helped at the bar, I was careless to approach the older man who was sitting idle to open the kitchen for me, he muttered all the way that there is nothing to run to the refrigerator and you need to order from them at the bar, I denied him that their range the menu is very stingy and not everything can be ordered and if there is such a service as a refrigerator, it may be better to put it in a place accessible to customers, so you are not "pulled" every time, but that older man has his own policy, he does not even listen, but grumbles without stop !! He is dissatisfied all the time and pours his negativity on customers !! The impression is that you came to their home and asked to live for free, not resting in a hotel !! Our room had a dormer window in the roof, during the settlement they stressed not to leave it open so as not to flood during the rain, it started to rain at night, then the older man came in the middle of the night in one underwear 🙈 to check if our window is closed .. Cuisine: there was nothing to feed the children, for example, there is no puree, they can't cook, there is pizza, but you can't change the ingredients, because it is ready frozen, you can order an omelet or pancakes for breakfast, but you need to order in the evening. informed at the settlement, we woke up, and we were told that the kitchen will work from 10 o'clock, because now they prepare breakfast ordered in the evening, and there were several customers, but still we can not order pancakes or cheesecakes .. at 10 o'clock said from 11 o'clock ... I went to the cook who was sitting on the bench in the yard at 10:30 and asked if it was possible to cook french fries for children (I will remind you that there is no healthy food for children !!), then he agreed with a very dissatisfied facial expression !! The menu includes banosh with brynza and banosh with cracklings, if you ordered with brynza, you can not order additional cracklings, because this is not on the menu🤦‍♀️ The pool is warm, but on the first day of our holiday opened only at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, furniture by the pool new and high-quality, and on weekends and holidays sunbeds need to be occupied from the morning, because many people come purely to the pool !! The hotel is normal, new, all fire safety standards are met, video surveillance in the corridors, the bed is new and clean! Towels one large per person to use in the room and by the pool, we lived three days, they were never replaced, the room was also never removed, even garbage bags were not replaced !! In the shower, the water is poorly regulated, wash in cold, then in boiling water !! Slippers are not disposable, but ordinary home with sheep wool inside (for summer) !! The only friendly and smiling person is the waiter Diana, that's her great respect !! And a beautiful view by the pool !!

Although the hotel has the infrastructure to be a beautiful and popular holiday destination, unfortunately it is not there at the moment. I will not return here, and I will not recommend to friends.
