Lovely spa,not many people. Everything New and very good condition. Attentive bar staff and great restaurant near the place. Very good price for a whole day spa access.

Thank you to the beautiful ladies that work here, they were very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful view from our room 😍. Also very nice SPA complex 👍 The view on a pics is from room 61✌️

Lovely place, great spa with lovely and friendly staff ready to put a smile on your face. Great place for a get away or for skiing. But need to put cork screws in the kitchens!!! :)

If you want to have a relaxing experience, stay clear of this place. They think it is ok to cancel your paid reservation if they are not satisfied with the price you paid on the booking web site. Apparently their mistake in setting up prices (=jacking up prices for the holiday period) is customer's problem, and they are pretty rude in letting you know about it. I found a different place nearby with much friendlier and more professional service and staff.

The worst hotel ever .. we came in off season and pretty much hotel is empty but they gave us room in 2nd building where there is no one else lives.. they don't provide water for drinking .. and room is pretty cold.. we asked for heater in room but they simply denied and didn't even change room to some place where it's comfortable to stay.. I would never recommend this hotel.. go on your own risk.. staff is not friendly
