It is a pity that in a fairly large hardware store, such a low level of awareness and advice from managers. Maybe you should pay attention to training for employees ?! At least basic polite communication with the client. When buying a phone here, I was amazed at how well the consultants would buy the client or not. I had to call a consultant several times so that at least someone would pay attention to us and help with the choice of equipment. And when someone did come up with anything I didn't ask, the consultant waved her hands and didn't know what to say. The cashier at the box office did not understand what was required of her. In general, it is a pity that such stupid employees damage the reputation of the store!

Friendly staff, especially sales consultant Oleg. Thank you for your courtesy and professionalism. It is worth paying more attention to why people come in quietly in such a difficult time without masks, because we do not know which of us is a carrier of the disease.

People are deceived. The computer purchased on credit broke down during the warranty period. Never buy expensive equipment here! And best of all, don't buy at all.
